About Me

My photo
Sandpoint, Idaho, United States
I've been married to Chet for 26 years...we have two children together and Chet came into our marriage with two children! (all together, we have 2 girls and 2 boys!) 31, 29, 23 and 21 years old. Yikes! I can't believe I am old enough to have kids those ages! I was born in Louisiana where my Grandparents were cotton sharecroppers and I'm very proud of my cajun heritage. The photo above is my mother, Georgiana Smith Linde at 8 years old. She passed away when I was very young, but she carries on in my heart forever... My hubby supports my endless rabbit trails of creativity and he gets extra "points" for that! Thank you for visiting my swirly glittered- up world filled with paint, glass & ribbon...share the love...leave a comment! Email me! I'd love to hear from you! sharifrench@gmail.com

I'm still Standing!!1

I took photos of my "booth buddies" today...so careful to document the new friends I have made at this show...and do you know what????? there was NO camera card in my camera!! What kind of camera doesn't tell you that there is NO camera card in the darn thing??? I am SO sad not to have photos of my fun and crazy neighbors at this show. Your "neighbors" can make a show awesome..and this was definitely one Awesome show!!!! I think my SPOT is in an "art" show or "vintage" show, but Tacoma was defintely God's hand in having me meet such great people...neighbors AND customers...so many fun conversations and wonderful people. Nothing is by accident. So thank you to everyone who stopped by and chatted with me...Again...you impacted me in so many ways...I'm just so sad that I don't have photos to document some of those moments....
Tracie - you RoCK!!!! you drove all this way and helped me set up and kept me going..worked with me the whole day on Wed.-the laughs were priceless!!!!!!!!!!
Sam & Kim - you crazy girls are priceless...words can't express
David & Gary & Aaron - Thank you for the best lighting organization out there ( more on that later) you guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sam & Michael (Miguel) I will think of you every time I wear my new hat - you both make me want to wear hats 24/7
Deborah-you were such a sweet addition to our "posse" - best wishes to you in your clothing ventures
Chuck-Elevators will never be the same without you! (ok, that sounds weird, but we had some laughs over the last fews days, eh?)
Oh gosh....Chris, Lisa, Callie, Nancy, Molly & Margaret,Susan,Nanette,Cindy,Jill, Denise, Tammy and so many others..please forgive me if I haven't mentioned your name...I'm getting rummy at this hour after a week of florescent (sp) lights. Each one of you have touched me (sounds sappy, but it's true) and I thank you. God bless you. ok, i'm chatting on and on...hard to believe I'm shy by nature...

Help me here Tracie...I need your camera card...what a dork i am....No Camera Card in Camera!!!!! Photo 101!!!!1

Hi Shari-
Visited your booth @ the Tacoma Dome yesterday & bought a necklace. I LOVE your stuff! Are you going to put more inventory up on Esty? I only saw one item....
Thanks!
