Doesn't it always feel SO good to get home even if you've had a good time? After a week in a hotel room, my house seems massive! (and clean...thank you Mr. Hubby!)
Although I had a fun time in Tacoma...I really believe that I "belong" in an "art" environment - not to sound snobby (cuz I am SO NOT!), but I feel warm and fuzzy in the "vintage" style art shows that I am normally involved in.... you know the type!!

Are you feelin' it? I am...... Of course, there was something for everything to say the least in Tacoma....but I prefer the smaller venues (well, farm chicks isn't exactly small..) but, well, - you KNOW, right?
Love the people I met though...wouldn't trade that....and how else would I have found out about www.funkyjunksisters.com ??? I am going to apply for their 2010 show because that is right up my barn road, sista! And then I can sneak down to see Tanner at OSU in Corvallis!

Then......Thanksgiving weekend brings the art show at beautiful Priest Lake! yeah baby!
As soon as I get Tracie's camera card (she DOES keep her card IN the camera) I will be posting some photos of our booth.

The Art show at Priest Lake is at Hill's Resort on Friday after Thanksgiving and also on Saturday.

I think that is their website.
Everything is handmade and it's wonderful!! We would always go there for the day and enjoy lunch by the fire and take a hike if weather permits. (after the art show, of course :)

Funny - the day after I was at the dome show I was in Puyallup for the Funky Junk fundraiser Friday night sale - it is WONDERFUL:)
