I've been married to Chet for 26 years...we have two children together and Chet came into our marriage with two children! (all together, we have 2 girls and 2 boys!) 31, 29, 23 and 21 years old. Yikes! I can't believe I am old enough to have kids those ages! I was born in Louisiana where my Grandparents were cotton sharecroppers and I'm very proud of my cajun heritage. The photo above is my mother, Georgiana Smith Linde at 8 years old. She passed away when I was very young, but she carries on in my heart forever... My hubby supports my endless rabbit trails of creativity and he gets extra "points" for that! My mini dress form project for Southern Charm


" />Here is my new little dress form that I purhased from TJ maxx. It was a cute fabric, flowery - cute..but not what I was looking for....- so....
I gessoed it first, then painted it white...


Then...I painted it cream and after that dried...dabbed it a bit with my Tim Holtz distress inks..I like it SO much better for my Southern Charm needs!
