Well, kind of....had the back up keys IN the car and Mr. Policeman at Spokane International Airport was kind enough to break into my car for me! He's my hero! Actually, he's my HUSBAND'S hero, because it meant Chet didn't have to drive 1.5 hours to come get me....(and that's assuming that he would have..:) )
So...I'm home after a really, really, really FUN trip to San Diego, albeit short...but not a moment wasted. Quality, not quantity!
Oh, and I just read "The Happiness Project" on the plane! Such a great book...reads kind of like "eat, pray, love" by Elizabeth Gilbert.

- I've been married to Chet for 26 years...we have two children together and Chet came into our marriage with two children! (all together, we have 2 girls and 2 boys!) 31, 29, 23 and 21 years old. Yikes! I can't believe I am old enough to have kids those ages! I was born in Louisiana where my Grandparents were cotton sharecroppers and I'm very proud of my cajun heritage. The photo above is my mother, Georgiana Smith Linde at 8 years old. She passed away when I was very young, but she carries on in my heart forever... My hubby supports my endless rabbit trails of creativity and he gets extra "points" for that!
