I've been married to Chet for 26 years...we have two children together and Chet came into our marriage with two children! (all together, we have 2 girls and 2 boys!) 31, 29, 23 and 21 years old. Yikes! I can't believe I am old enough to have kids those ages! I was born in Louisiana where my Grandparents were cotton sharecroppers and I'm very proud of my cajun heritage. The photo above is my mother, Georgiana Smith Linde at 8 years old. She passed away when I was very young, but she carries on in my heart forever... My hubby supports my endless rabbit trails of creativity and he gets extra "points" for that! Go OSU Beavers!!!!


We are in Seattle at Tanner's OSU Beavers vs Uof Washington Huskies game! We beat them on home turf already, but now we are in Husky territory....if they win this game, the OSU Beavers have a good chance of going on to the NCAA Soccer tournament! Yahoo!! They have had a great year, and Tanner is livin' his dream of playing D-1 PAC 10 soccer (oh dear, have I mentioned that before?) we are excited for the game - Kelsey is flying in from Boise, and our good friends, Larry and Jill made the trip with us (thank you Larry for driving through the snowy pass..yikes). Of course, no trip to Seattle is complete without visiting Pikes Place market OR Anthropologie!
I'll check in later with game results!!
